In the framework of the international project “Norway-Ukraine (NUPASS)” to the Dmytro Motornyi Tavria State Agrotechnological University has been visited by the President of the International Social Adaptation Fund Volodymyr Rubtsov.
During the working visit there was a meeting of the Chairman of the Fund with the Rector of TSATU Volodymyr Kyurchev, the Chairman of the Public Organization “Association of Servicemen” Leader “Hennadii Konovalenko, his Vice-Chairman Anastasiia Konovalenko, Head of the Administration of Social Protection Iryna Donets, Vice-Rector for Educational Work Olexandr Lomeiko. In the meeting also took part acting Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Hanna Ortina, Head of Marketing Daryna Leheza, Assistant Rector for International Cooperation Olena Titova.
The participants of the meeting discussed the tasks of the project for the future and the prospects for expanding cooperation between the project partners and state institutions in order to support its participants. The Rector of TSATU presented Volodymyr Rubtsov with memorable gifts and the pride of our region – Melitopol Cherry. During the visit, Volodymyr Rubtsov also met with the teaching staff who are directly involved in work with the project participants.
The international project is implemented in TSATU with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Norway in Ukraine and the University of Nord (Burdeaux). The main goal is to provide comprehensive support with juridical adaptation, psychological rehabilitation, professional retraining, employment and organization of own business and etc. The project is implemented in TSATU.
Now in the autumn semester, 32 servicemen, their family members and participants of warfare in ATE on specialty “Organization of small business” are retrained in TSATU.
