One of the priority tasks at the Dmytro Motornyi Tavria State Agrotechnological University is the introduction of academic mobility programs. It should be noted that in recent years, the University also managed to establish the implementation of external academic mobility with foreign institutions of higher education in France, Germany, Poland, where our students have already received double masters diplomas.
This year, for the second year in a row, the university’s administration is actively working on the implementation of the program of internal academic mobility of students with agrarian institutions of higher education.
The main tasks of the internal academic mobility of the students of TSATU are to increase the level of theoretical and practical training of students, exchange of experience and the establishment of internal integration links.
n March 2019, within the framework of academic mobility, two students – Pinzhaeva Lilia (31 Ai Faculty of Mechanics and Technology) and Nezhnova Galina (41 Ag of the Faculty of Agrotechnologies and Ecology), were selected for competition and sent to study at a partner institution for one week. At the same time, two students of Mykolayiv National Agrarian University (NAU) (specialty “Agroinengery” and “Agronomy”) came to the Tavria State Agrotechnological University.
Of course, the acquaintance of the students of the Mykolayiv National Agrarian University with TSATU began with a meeting with the rector, Kyurchev Volodymyr Mykolaiovych.
During the stay of students from another institution of higher education at our university, boys and girls attended classes in the corresponding courses in the corresponding specialty, where they had the opportunity not only to study professional disciplines, but also to compare the level of teaching our teachers with the level of training in their institutions of higher education. In addition, the students, within the framework of the program of academic mobility and supported by the Ukrainian project of fruit and vegetable business development, visited the bases of practical training of TSATU.
Equally important in such an exchange of students between the partner institutions is the ability to communicate with their classmates. The student self-government of the Faculty of Mechanics and Technology and the Faculty of Agrotechnologies and Ecology presented their new friends with an interesting cultural and entertainment program, namely: an excursion to the University, during which the library, special laboratories and offices, the TSATU Museum, catering facilities and other facilities were visited. university infrastructure. Students also visited the National Natural Park “Stone Grave”, they organized an excursion to the historical monuments and local landscapes of Melitopol. In addition, the students visited the cinema “Peremoha”, the Shevchenko Culture House, and attended the “League of Luck” teams.
The stage of this program is now over, and students return to their institutions of higher education with new experiences and vivid impressions.
Implementation of academic mobility programs at the university is not only an integration into the European educational space, but also an effective way to improve the quality of training of specialists in partner institutions.
