The department, through the educational programs in “Public Administration and Administration” and “Management,” prepares qualified and competent personnel for management capable of professionally researching, evaluating, and explaining managerial decisions in the implementation of state policies for social and economic development. It also addresses complex practical and scientific problems in public administration at both municipal and national levels.
The Department of Management and Public Administration maintains constant collaboration with other scientific institutions and central and local government bodies. Students from the department undergo practical training in these institutions, facilitating successful employment for graduates.
