The 2024 IEEE International Conference on Nanomaterials: Applications and Properties was held at the Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa from September 8-13, 2024 in Riga, Latvia. The conference was organized as part of a partnership between the IEEE Nanotechnology Council and the University of Latvia, with technical support from the Latvian Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Electronics and Computer Science and Sumy State University, with the approval and support of the IEEE Magnetics Society.
The report was dedicated to one of the rapidly developing branches of science: Spintron technology. The main directions of development of this industry for the near future are considered.
The conference also featured a presentation by Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Valeria Kidalova, from Tavria state agrotechnological university together with employees of the Institute of Semiconductor Physics NAS Ukraine. The structures presented in the presentations were obtained in Ukraine. Research at the Technical University of Dortmund at a temperature of 1.6 K and various magnetic fields.
