Projects:

In 2024, the department initiated research on innovative technologies and methodologies for the professional training of future specialists under the department’s scientific theme “Modern Inovative Technologies and Methods of Teaching Physical and Mathematical Disciplines in Higher Agricultural and Technical Educational Institutions” (state registration number 0124U000594).

 

In 2021, the state-funded research project “Physico-Technological Principles of Obtaining Cu2(Zn; Al, Ag) (Sn; In; Ga) S4 Films and Silicon Carbide on Porous Silicon Substrates” began execution (state registration number 0121U109519). The project is supervised by Dr. Valeriy V. Kidalov, a professor of physical and mathematical sciences.

 

Additionally, in 2021, the research project “Development of Technology for Manufacturing Heterostructures Based on Nanostructured Silicon for Solar Photovoltaic Cells” started execution. Dr. Valeriy V. Kidalov is the scientific supervisor.

 

In 2018, the department initiated research on innovative technologies and methodologies for the professional training of future specialists under the department’s scientific theme “Innovative Technologies and Methodologies for the Professional Training of Future Specialists in Higher Agricultural Education Institutions” (state registration number 0118U002303).
