The period since September 2017 till July 2018 was announced in Ukraine and Germany as the Ukrainian and German languages year.
A lot of events were planned in Ukraine, directed to the wide audience, in order to involve in as much as possible Ukrainians to learn German.It is not only for studying and working in Germany, but also to discover Germany scientific and culture landscapes.
The university`s department of foreign languages has participated to the Germany language year in Ukraine. The academics of TSATU are reading the verse of Taras Shevchenko “I was thirteen” in the context of this project. The participants were scientific – educational workers who are the listeners of the course “German for the teachers”.
