From March 13-14, 2018, an international scientific-practical conference on “Climate Change and Agriculture: Challenges for Agricultural Science and Education” took place in Kyiv, with the participation of Prof. Datsenko L.M.
On March 30, 2018, a scientific-practical conference on “Land Reclamation and Water Use – Environmental Safety of Water Objects” was held at Melitopol College of Tavria State Agrotechnological University, commemorating World Water Day. Prof. Datsenko L.M., Assoc. Sukharenko O.I., Asst. Ganchuk M.M., and Engineer Angelovska A.O. participated.
On April 3, 2018, the Department of Ecology and Environmental Protection organized the All-Ukrainian Scientific-Technical Conference for master’s and undergraduate students for the academic year 2017-2018.
On June 7-8, 2018, an exhibition-conference on “Agroecological Aspects of Production and Processing of Agricultural Products” took place. The event, supported by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, was organized by the “Infoindustry” company in partnership with the Ukrainian Horticultural Business Development Project at Tavria State Agrotechnological University.
On June 7-8, 2018, an International Scientific-Practical Conference on “Agroecological Aspects of Production and Processing of Agricultural Products” was held in Melitopol-Kyrylivka, with the participation of Prof. L.M. Datsenko and Eng. A.O. Angelovska. The conference covered the ecological-geomorphological conditions of the Northwest Azov region.
From January 24-26, 2018, Melitopol hosted the 10th International Online Conference on Social and Environmental Technologies: Current Issues of Theory and Practice. Assoc. Tarusova N.V. participated, presenting on the variability of morphological characteristics of one-year shoots of Betula Pendula L. under technogenic pollution in the Zaporizhzhia region.
From November 19-23, 2018, the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Technical Conference for master’s and undergraduate students of Tavria State Agrotechnological University took place in Melitopol, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Zaporizhzhia region. Assoc. Shcherbina V.V., Asst. Ganchuk M.M., and Asst. Antonovsky O.G. participated.
On May 15, 2018, a nationwide scientific conference for young researchers took place. Assoc. Shcherbina V.V. participated, presenting on the association of algae Microcoleus vaginatus with other representatives of algae groups in meliorated agrocenoses of the “Askania-Nova” land use zone.
On March 22, 2018, in Kyiv, an international scientific-practical conference on “Nature for Water” dedicated to World Water Day took place, with the participation of Asst. Skyba V.P.
