Melitopol youth has a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of food technology and restaurant industry, to join the exciting educational process together with a professional team of teachers of the Dmytro Motornyi Tavria State Agrotechnological University.

In the laboratory “Training Cafe” of the Department of Food Technologies and Hotel and Restaurant Business, students of Melitopol Lyceum № 5 learned to make handmade craft gingerbread. The children tried very hard because they were preparing presents for their parents for St. Nicholas Day.

During the master class the lyceum students got acquainted with the technology of preparation of dough for festive gingerbread, learned the secrets of ice-cream production and the technique of painting souvenir cookies. Lyceum pupils were delighted with the handmade royal frosting, decorative decoration of figs, collections of designer gift boxes.

It was great to see the happy faces of our future entrants, such moments always inspire them to discover something new and interesting.
