Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus Igor Sokol paid a working visit to Melitopol. He met with the Rector of Dmytro Motornyi Tavria State Agrotechnological University Volodymyr Kyurchev, Vice Mayor, Professor of TSATU Serhii Pryima and a representative of the Belarusian Society «Suziria».
The honorable guest discussed actual question and prospects of partnership and cooperation. One of them was about further cooperation of Dmytro Motornyi Tavria State Agrotechnological University with Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University (BSTU), which is now headed by Ph.D., Professor Ivan Shilo.
The partnership between the two universities has lasted four years. It is legally established by the contract on creative cooperation, higher educational institutions jointly solve scientific problems related to the efficiency of Belarusian tractors use by Ukrainian agricultural enterprises.
Scientists from the both universities regularly participate in joint scientific conferences and share their research results in their own works.
At the end of the meeting Volodymyr Kyurchev presented memorable souvenirs to Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus Igor Sokol.
