December 24, in the Taurian State Agrotechnological University named after Dmytro Motorny graduated participants of the Norwegian-Ukrainian project autumn semester. The project is aimed at the professional retraining and social adaptation of military personnel and their families, and is being implemented in Ukraine by the International Foundation for Social Adaptation (IFSA), thanks to assistance from the Kingdom of Norway.
Project regional coordinator in Zaporizhzhia region is the LLC “OV” Lider “. Autumn semester participants mastered the specialty ” Small Business Organization “. The event was attended by Olga Filina, coordinator of the International Foundation for Social Adaptation, Darya Legeza, the head of the marketing department of TSATU, Alexander Mostovoy, a representative of the Melitopol Development Agency, Gennady Konovalenko, chairman of the LLS “OV” Leader Leader ” Anastasia Konovalenko.
Today the project “Norway-Ukraine” is the largest in Ukraine in the number of participants and geography, and holding training in a distance mode has allowed to expand opportunities to participate in the training besides Melitopol residents and suburbs.
TSATU Rector thanked the International Foundation for Social Adaptation for the opportunity for the University to be a partner of the project and to participate in solving acute social problems in the region.
Olga Filina noted that by communicating with the project participants in different regions of Ukraine, participation in the projects qualitatively changes people’s lives and opens new opportunities, adds confidence on the way to self-fulfillment
Thanks to the cooperation with the project participants in the working process on business plans Daria Legeza presented the participants’ work in cooperation with the lecturers of the Marketing Department on the start-up projects.
Alexander Mostovoy noted that together with the professors of the TSATU Marketing Department a handbook for entrepreneurs in the field of craft production is being prepared for publication.
