Agrarian education reform is one of the major issues that need to be addressed by industrialists and educators.
The main thing now is to make education as close as possible to production and innovative technologies. That is why the Agrarian Union of Ukraine is looking for young professionals who will introduce new ideas in the development of the agricultural sector.

The beginning was laid on August 27 in the village Novokostyantynivka of the Azov district, where the first forum was held with the participation of representatives of the Agrarian Union and the student body. The Youth Wing platform was created at this forum. It consists of students of Dmytro Motornyi Tavria State Agrotechnological University. Dmytro Motornyi (Faculty of ATE) and other institutions of higher education. By the way, the students of TDATU became the moderator of the creation of the platform. The forum was also attended by the head of the Department of Plant O.A. Eremenko.

As the Dean of the Faculty of ATE TDATU and the project moderator Irina Ivanova told, at the first, signal meeting, the head of the Zaporizhzhya regional organization in the Agrarian Union of Ukraine Anatoliy Tikhovod laid out the main tasks before the participants of the Youth Wing. This is, first of all, the introduction of new innovative ideas to solve the problems of the agricultural sector, the vision of the agrarian business through the eyes of young people. In the future it is planned to organize meetings of young people with famous farmers and agricultural producers of Zaporizhzhya region.

The participants of the Youth Wing were informed about the status of the land fund and the rights of transferring the land to private ownership. The first forum identified the leadership of the Youth Wing. The representative of Poltava Jan Golovanov became his chairman, the deputies – students of TDATU Violetta Indik and Anatoly Tikhovod.

In the nearest plans of participants of “Youth wing” – creation of own YouTube channel and carrying out of Takeoff. The students supported the idea of holding the first take-off in the walls of Dmytro Motornyi Tavria State Agrotechnological University.
