obl_2013_07_16_1Dear colleagues! On September 4-6, the III International Scientific and Practical Conference “Innovative Aspects of Development of Equipment in the Food and Hotel Industry in Modern Conditions” will be held on the basis of JSC “Salute”.

About 70 participants from more than 15 higher education institutions of Ukraine and foreign universities were invited to the conference. The following sections are planned to work:

– Problems and prospects of food production equipment development.

– Innovative approaches and creative solutions in forming the technical equipment of the enterprises of the hotel and restaurant industry.

– Improvement of processes and technologies of processing of agricultural raw materials.

Registration of participants of the conference, demonstration of work of the equipment of food production on the basis of the department of OPHV named after Professor F.Yu. Yalpachyk, opening of the conference with the participation of Dmytro Motornyi, Rector of the TSATU prof. Kurchev V.M. and the Rector of the CDHDT prof. O.I. Cherevka, plenary and sectional meetings, round tables. Meetings and discussions with colleagues from Ukrainian and foreign universities, final meeting, presentation of certificates of participants of the conference are also planned.
