In order to implement the concept of organizing the educational process at the department and planning the teaching load of the department’s teaching staff that conditions the training of specialists at the highest professional and qualification level and ensures their competitiveness on the labour market, activates creative, professional and social activity it is necessary:
- to continue improving the professional level of teachers;
- to expand the opportunities for participation in national and international grant programs;
- to orient the teaching staff of the department to the organization of the educational process using modern information tools and technologies;
to direct the scientific work of the teachers to be published in the scientific-metric databases Scopus and Web of Science.
