Students’ internships are a mandatory part of the process of training specialists in higher education institutions and are conducted at appropriately equipped internship sites of higher education institutions, as well as at modern enterprises and organizations in various sectors of the economy, education, healthcare, culture, trade and public administration.
The purpose of the internship is to teach students modern methods, forms of organization and tools in the field of their future profession, to develop their knowledge, professional skills and abilities to make independent decisions during specific work in real market conditions, to foster the need to systematically update their knowledge and apply it in practice.
The list of types of educational and industrial practices and their duration by specialty corresponds to the curricula for training specialists, the timing of their conduct for each academic year is determined by the schedule of the educational process.
