Basic higher education:
In 2002, he graduated with honors from Bogdan Khmelnitsky Melitopol State Pedagogical University in the specialty «Pedagogy and Methods of Secondary Education. Chemistry and Basics of Informatics» and received the qualification «Teacher of Chemistry and Basics of Informatics». Diploma with honors.
In 2015, he graduated with honors from Bogdan Khmelnitsky Melitopol State Pedagogical University in the specialty «Computer Science and received the qualification of Master of Computer Science, Teacher of Computer Science at a Higher Education Institution».
In 2018, he graduated with honors from Bogdan Khmelnitsky Melitopol State Pedagogical University in the specialty 014.01 Secondary Education. Ukrainian Language and Literature and Language and Literature (German) and received the qualification of «Master of Education, Teacher of Ukrainian Language and Literature, German Language and Foreign Literature».
In 2023, he graduated with honors from the Dmytro Motornyi Tavria State Agrotechnological University in the specialty « 122 Computer Science», and received a Master’s degree in Computer Science.
Academic degree: Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, 2011, 13.00.09 – Theory of Education, H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.
Academic title: Associate Professor of the Department of Informatics and Cybernetics, 2013.
Management and expert activities:
2018 – expert on informatics textbooks for the 10th grade of general secondary education.
From 2018 to the present, Deputy Chairman of the NGO “Innovative Horizons of Ukraine”.
2020 – member of the editorial board of the professional journal of category B “Scientific Bulletin of Bogdan Khmelnitsky Melitopol State Pedagogical University. Series: Pedagogical Sciences”.
2020 – educational expert on institutional audit of secondary education institutions in Zaporizhzhia region.
From 2020 to the present – an expert of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance in the field of 014 Secondary Education (by subject specialties) and 122 Computer Science.
From 2021 to the present – an expert of the National Qualifications Agency.
