On the international department of Dmitry Motornyi Tavria State Agrotechnological University has begins work teacher from Germany, Josefine Heilmann.
Ms. Heilmann came to our university to conduct an intensive German language course for students who were pre-selected prior to summer training and production internships at the advanced agricultural enterprises of Brandenburg, in Germany. This opportunity for higher education applicants is provided by the German Association APOLLO e.V. – Association for Cooperation in Agriculture, Ecology and rural Development in Eastern Europe.
Association Appollo e. V. has been conducting agrarian practices for students of Eastern European countries since 1991. Trainees need to have a proper level of German. Knowledge of the German language is necessary for trainees to work in agrarian enterprises. During the internship period, numerous professional seminars with the participation of well-known farmers of Germany are organized for students – trainees, discussions are held on the most topical agriculture topics.
The APOLLO e.V. association has been a foreign partner of our university since 2013.
Josephine Heilmann has higher education “Master” in “Sociology” and “Cultural Studies” at the University of Viadrin in Frankfurton the Oder, so she came to our university as a German language teacher from the APOLLO e.V. Coming to our university for Josephine as an international internship in her specialties.
