The complex course of socio-economic reforms in the country, which led to a decrease in the standard of living, the elimination of the usual system of values and interpersonal relations, the criminalization of society – all this requires finding new ways of educating young people.
The purpose of the educational work that is actively implemented at the university is the formation of values in the youth: civic, humanistic, moral, etc. Values that would help counteract the negative influences of the social environment, of course, actively implement their own life strategy: to build a career, to achieve public, professional and personal self-realization.
The educational process at the faculty of ATE is aimed at an adult. The main task of the faculty is to create the conditions for becoming a future specialist in the chosen specialty and to ensure the acquisition of higher education by social skills, to promote self-development, self-expression and self-realization of the individual. Within the framework of the work of the curators of the faculty of education the student is considered not as separate and accidental pedagogical influences, but as a holistic system of pedagogical support of his life activity.
