June 2021, under the supervision of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor V.M. Kiurchev, V.V. Didur defended his doctoral dissertation “Mechanical and technological bases of deep processing of castor oil seeds in a small enterprise” in the specialty 05.05.11 – «Machines and means of mechanization of agricultural production» and under the supervision of Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor V.T.Nadykto defended the candidate’s dissertation of O.O.Parakhin “Increasing the stability and controllability of traffic of a block-modular machine-tractor unit” in the specialty 05.05.11 – Machines and means of agricultural production mechanization.
On June 23-26, 2021, the IX International scientific and technical congress “Agricultural machinery” was held in Varna. With reports: Mathematical model of a root head cleaning machine with a vertical drive shaft; Theory of vertical oscillations of a frontally mounted tops harvesting machine were made by representatives of the department Yevhen Ihnatiev, Vasyl Mitkov.
On May 27-28, 2021, the VII International Scientific and Practical Conference “INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES OF CULTIVATION, STORAGE AND PROCESSING OF HORTICULTURE AND PLANT PRODUCTION” was held online at the Faculty of Engineering and Technology of Uman National University of Horticulture. On May 25-27, 2021, the II International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference “Development of Modern Science and Education: Realities, Quality Problems, Innovations” was held in Melitopol. The representative of the department at the event was Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor T.S. Chorna with a report “The role of the academic group curator in the formation of flexible skills in the process of blended learning”.
On May 20, 2021, on the initiative of Dmytro Motornyi Tavria State Agrotechnological University, State Educational Institution “Yakymivka Professional Agricultural Lyceum”, Faculty of Agricultural Technologies and Ecology of TSATU, The Azov River Basin Council, was held the 13th Scientific and Practical Conference “Amelioration and water use. Professional education: state and prospects”. The department of TSS AIC was presented by Professor Dmytro Zhuravel, Associate Professor Borys Boltianskyi, Senior Lecturer Sergii Dereza and Associate Professor Nataliia Boltianska.
On May 17-18, 2021, at the initiative of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture, Turkmen Agricultural University named after S.A. Niyazov, the National Scientific Center “IMESG” of NAAS of Ukraine, The International Scientific and Practical Conference “YOUTH AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROGRESS IN APE” was held at the Educational and Research Institute of Mechanotronics and Management Systems of Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture. Professor O.H.Skliar, Associate Professor R.V.Skliar, Associate Professor N.I.Boltianska, Associate Professor B.V.Boltianskyi, Professor D.P.Zhuravel, Senior Lecturer S.V. Dereza and Engineer A.S. Komar took an active part in the conference.
On May 20-21, 2021, the VIII All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE AIC” was held at Lutsk National Technical University. Professor O.H.Skliar, Associate Professor R.V. Skliar., Associate Professor N.I. Boltianska, Associate Professor B.V. Boltianskyi, Professor D.P. Zhuravel, Associate Professor V.V. Panina, Senior Lecturer S.V. Dereza, Associate Professor H.I. Dashyvets and Engineer A.S. Komar took an active part in the work of the conference sectional meetings. The conference was held remotely using ZOOM video conferencing technology. Based on the results of the conference, the Conference Program was formed and the Collection of Abstracts was published.
On May 20 – 21, 2021, the XXII International Scientific and Practical Online Conference “RENEWABLE ENERGY AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN THE XXI CENTURY” was held in Kyiv. Senior Lecturer Ihor Hrytsaienko took part in the conference with a report. The participant’s materials are published in the collection of abstracts of the conference and the presentations are freely available on the websites of the Institutes: www.ive.org.ua, www.konf.ive.kpi.ua.
On May 14, 2021, the First International Scientific and Practical Conference “Agrarian Sector of Modern Ukraine: Problems and Prospects for Development” was held at Luhansk National Agrarian University. The staff of the department Professor Skliar O.H., Associate Professor Skliar R.V., Associate Professor Boltianska N.I., Associate Professor B.V. Boltianskyi, Engineer A.S. Komar and students of the Department’s scientific circles took part in the conference in the section “Technical means in the agro-industrial complex”.
On May 3-5, 2021, the XII International Scientific and Practical Conference “Current issues, achievements and prospects of Science and education” was held in Athens (Greece), which was devoted to current issues, achievements and prospects for the development of science and education. The conference was attended by the staff of the Department, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Dmytro Zhuravel and Associate Professor Natalia Boltianska.
On April 1-2, 2021, the XII International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference “Modern Movement of Science” was held, which was devoted to theoretical and applied research, development of proposals for the development of science in the face of threats and new challenges. Employees of the Department of TSS AIC Associate Professor, Candidate of Technical Sciences N.I. Boltianska and Associate Professor, Candidate of Technical Sciences B.V. Boltianskyi took part in the conference with reports. The materials of the reports were published in the International Electronic Scientific and Practical Journal “WayScience”.
On March 30, 2021, the XVI International Scientific and Practical Online Conference “Obukhov Readings” was held in Kyiv. The conference was held in the Webex environment. The online conference was attended by the staff of the Department, Professor D.P. Zhuravel, Associate Professor N.I. Boltianska, Associate Professor R.V. Skliar, Assistant O.V. Viunyk and Engineer A.S. Komar.

On March 23-26, 2021, the XIV International Scientific and Practical Conference “Current issues of science and education” was held in Rome (Italy). Professor Skliar O.G., Associate Professor Boltyanska N.I. and Associate Professor Skliar R.V. took part in the conference. As a result of the work, the Conference Proceedings were formed, all participants received certificates.
On March 11-12, 2021, the First International Scientific and Practical Conference “The Use of Information Technologies to Optimize the Processes of Agricultural Production and Enterprise Management” was held at Luhansk National Agrarian University (Sloviansk). The event was attended by Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor V.P. Kuvachov with a report “Substantiation of the scheme of the unmanned system, UAV parameters and the method of applying agrochemicals and biological products for agricultural enterprises”.

On December 14-17, 2020, the XIII International Scientific and Practical Conference “Social function of science, teaching and learning” was held in Bordeaux (France). Professor O.H.Skliar, Associate Professor N.I. Boltianska, and Associate Professor R.V. Skliar took part in the conference in the section “Technical sciences” with the report “Measures to improve energy efficiency of agricultural production”.
On December 09, 2020, the department hosted the All-Ukrainian Student Scientific and Practical Conference (section “Machine Use in Agriculture”). The reports were made by 39 applicants for higher education of the Department’s scientific circles.
On November 26-27, 2020, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “TECHNICAL SUPPORT OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN AGRICULTURE” was held in the Republic of Belarus, which was attended by , Associate Professor, Candidate of Technical Sciences Radmila Skliar, Associate Professor, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Andrii Smielov, Associate Professor, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Nataliia Boltianska, Associate Professor, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Borys Boltianskyi, Senior Lecturer Serhii Dereza and Assistant Serhii Hryhorenko.
On November 26, 2020, an international scientific and practical conference “Modern Development Paths of Agricultural Production: Trends and Innovations-2020” was held in TSATU. The Staff of the Department, Associate Professor of Technical Sciences, Andrii Smielov, Associate Professor of Technical Sciences, Radmila Skliar and Associate Professor of Technical Sciences Nataliia Boltianska took an active part in the discussion of issues that were submitted to the plenary session.
On November 26, 2020, the II All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Internet Conference in memory of V.V. Ovcharov “CURRENT STATE AND PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS” was completed. The conference was attended by Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Dmytro Zhuravel with a report “Substantiation of methods for drying sunflower seeds”.
On November 18-20, 2020, the Ukrainian State University оf Railway Transport hosted the international scientific and technical conference “Energy Efficiency in Transport”. Natalia Boltianska, Associate Professor of the Department of TSS AIC, delivered a report in the section “Resource and Energy Saving in Transport”. In total, the conference was attended by more than 270 specialists from various industries from 8 countries.
On November 13, 2020, the Department of Public Management, Administration and Law of TSTU held the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “Innovative Technologies of Public Management and Administration: Theory and Best Practices of the 21st Century” online. The Department was represented by the report “Priorities for the Development of Rural UTCs” by Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor V.B. Mitkov.
On October 28-29, 2020, the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Internet Conference “Strategic Prospects of the Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Industry in Ukraine: Theory, Practice and Development Innovations” was held in Uman with the participation of the representative of the Department, Associate Professor V.B. Mitkov, who made a presentation “Research of the tourist potential of the Zaporizhzhia region for the effective functioning of territorial communities”.
On October 22, 2020, the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Dual Form of Education: Successes and Challenges of the First Year of Implementation of the Pilot Project in Ukrainian Professional Higher Education Institutions” was held at the Scientific аnd Methodological Center оf Higher аnd Professional Higher Education (Kyiv). The report “State, problems and prospects of implementation of dual curricula for training applicants for higher education in agro-engineering specialties” was presented by Candidate of Technical Sciences V.P. Kuvachov and Doctor of Technical Sciences S.V. Kiurchev.
