Spring semester of the project «Norway Ukraine. Professional adaptation. Integration into the state system» (nupass) in TDATU takes place under quarantine conditions. Distance learning is effectively implemented thanks to the productive cooperation between the university teachers and the public organization «OV «Leader» Project participants get new knowledge and skills of small business organization.
In the process of education, university professors apply innovative ways to organize the educational process. The teachers participating in the project have experience in international internships, practical activities and consulting entrepreneurs. In the process of the project realization the achievements of TDATU business incubator in the spheres of development and presentation of business projects are also used. Now the participants of the project «Norway Ukraine» are actively working on their own business ideas, assessing the needs and demands of consumers, the potential of their own projects for further presentation of business plans to potential investors and grantees.
The project is financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway. The Norwegian partner of the project is NORD University (Budo). The organizer of the project in Ukraine is an international social adaptation fund.
