Automatic temperature and humidity control system in the mushroom growing laboratory

To reduce labor costs, energy and water consumption, the Departments of Technical Systems of Animal Husbandry Technologies and Food Technologies and Hotel and Restaurant Business have jointly created an automated microclimate control system for growing mushrooms.

The use of devices for doubling the wheels for tractors of traction classes 1, 4, 3 and 5 almost doubles the area of their bearing surface, which reduces soil compaction, slippage of the engines and specific fuel consumption.

Hatcher for quails

To reduce the load on the developed incubator, the Quail keeping laboratory created a hatcher that allows creating favorable conditions for hatching and the first day of life of quail chicks.

The unit consists of a tractor of traction class 1.4 and a mounted harrowing section. To reduce soil compaction, the power vehicle is equipped with twin tires using a mechanism developed by researchers at the Research Institute of Agricultural Mechanization in the South of Ukraine.

Technology of ricin processing into olive oil and methyl ether

The laboratory of the department has developed a method of processing ricin, the experimental part of the experiments is carried out on a laboratory stand.

The cultivator is based on the frame of the cultivator-plant fertilizer tractor -8.4 serial tillage implement. To ensure continuous cultivation of the soil, the bed of each of its sections is lengthened and equipped with three universal lancet tines and a special harrow.

Granulator

Deep processing of secondary products of quail production has reduced the cost of production of the main poultry products, by using the implemented granulator.

 Modular energy vehicle of tractor class 3-5

Currently, Ukraine produces only two of the four main tractor classes (1, 4, 2, 3, and 5) needed by farms (class 1, 4 – PMP, Dnipro, and class 3 – JSC “KHARKIVSKYI TRACTORNYI ZAVOD”, Kharkiv).

The insufficient number of tractors of traction class 5 (types K-700, K-701) in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine negatively affects the timeliness of such important technological operations as basic tillage.

As the practice of previous years has shown, postponement of this work to the spring causes significant losses.

This situation gives rise to quite acute problems, which require either purchasing the missing energy resources abroad or setting up their own production. For a number of reasons, the implementation of both options in Ukraine is currently quite problematic for a number of reasons.

A way out of this predicament is possible through the creation in our country of fundamentally new modular energy vehicles (MEVs) of variable tractor class on the basis of wheeled tractors manufactured by the Kharkiv Tractor Factory.

Combined incubator-hatcher for quail

The creation of a closed cycle of poultry production, such as quail breeding, necessitated the development and implementation of a incubator-hatcher.

 Two-machine semi-mounted hitch HS-7,2 (Hitch of seeders)

Semi-mounted two-tire hydrophilic hitch is designed for hitching two trailed seeders of the GS-3.6 (Grain seeder) type to a tractor of traction class 1.4.

Flow processing line for compaction compaction of plant material CPM-1

Decreasing the loss of nutrients in compaction of plant material during storage is possible with the developed in-line processing line for compaction of plant material CPM-1.

Technologies for harvesting grain crops by the method of root stripping

The collection of grain crops by the method of stripping on the roots made it possible to harvest with better quality and with lower costs.

Pressureless arc separator

The use of physico-mechanical properties of cattle manure made it possible to develop a sample of a non-pressure arc separator.
