Nowadays, learning a foreign language is very important. Now English is one of the most common languages in the world and can be useful in various spheres of life, for example, for free travelling around the world. You should understand that not every country has people who speak your native language, but you need to communicate with people somehow. You can use the services of an interpreter, but it’s not cheap and he cannot always be with you. It is here that you will come in handy and English, having studied that, you are guaranteed to easily find a common language with almost every person in any country.
Let’s consider another example. Many of us like reading foreign books, the great masterpieces by J. K. Rowling, Charles Dickens, and Doris Lessing. However, unfortunately a lot of sense is lost in the translation. But if you try and learn English, you can fully enjoy every phrase, every word of the characters from the works of the above authors.You will be surprised by interesting turns, apt phrases, humor, various synonyms. The same applies to movies. All this contributes to the memorization of more new words, improves your pronunciation and grammar and naturally increases your self-esteem, because not everyone can boast of understanding books and movies in the original.
If you are interested in a decent income and career then you also cannot act without English. Nowadays, almost all employers require knowledge of this language. In large companies it is virtually impossible to work without it. Knowledge of a foreign language also suggests that you love learning and developing your skills, which increases your importance in the eyes of the employer.
In general knowledge of English opens you a wide range of possibilities of communication in work and travel. Your efforts in learning will pay off several times. So, go forward to conquer English.

I think that it is now very important to know foreign languages. There are people who learn languages because they need them for work, others go abroad, for the third part it is just a hobby. People want to know languages, write to pen pals or chat with people from different countries, meet new people and make new friends. Also, knowing a foreign language, you can read books of famous writers in the original, read newspapers and magazines. It helps to learn more about various events, people’s lives, customs and traditions.
Learning foreign languages expands our horizons, people become more educated. In my opinion, languages are especially important for those who work in different areas of science and technology, in politics. A foreign language helps to know your native language better. People who know many languages are called polyglots. We know the names of some of them: the German professor Schlimman, the famous writer Shakespeare, the philosopher Socrates, and many others.
Currently, English has become an international language. More than 300 million people speak it as their native language. As for me, I have been learning English since I was 7 years old. This language helps me a lot: communicate freely with people from all over the world, make new friends and participate in international competitions. As for me, I speak Ukrainian, Russian, English. I like it and it helps a lot in life. And I started learning English at the age of 7, when I was in the second grade. Then I did not even think that this language is so important in our modern life.
I believe that knowledge of foreign languages is absolutely necessary today for every educated person, every good specialist.

Ми з вами живемо у світі, який не стоїть на місці та дає безліч можливостей для всебічного розвитку особистості. Чим більшою кількістю корисної інформації володіє людина, тим простіше їй досягти своїх цілей.
Це не є виключенням і при вивченні іноземних мов. Адже вільне володіння будь якою іноземною мовою, допомагає людині досягти нового етапу у житті, починаючи з гарних оцінок у навчанні та закінчуючи вільним спілкуванням з людьми на іншому боці світу чи читанням літератури мовою оригіналу.
Адже знання іноземних мов не дасть вам сидіти на одному місці – це можливість вільно подорожувати по всьому світу, знайти нових друзів та знайомих, дивитися фільми без субтитрів, отримати престижну роботу закордоном.
Люди спілкуються один з одним і передають свої думки, емоції, настрій, і все це роблять за допомогою слів. Кожен хоче, щоб інші його розуміли. Коли ти знаєш іноземну мову, відкривається багато можливостей в спілкуванні. Можна багато чого дізнатися про різні традиції та культури, можна знайомитися з різними людьми – зараз це дуже легко, інтернет дає необмежені можливості для знайомств.
Знання іноземних мов відкриє перед тобою новий світ, а також істотно розширить кругозір. Адже кожному з нас траплялися слова, які неможливо перевести на іншу мову одним рівнозначним словом.

Українською мовою це звучить так:«Якщо ви розмовляєте з людиною мовою, яку він розуміє, ви звертаєтеся до його розуму. Якщо ви розмовляєте з ним його мовою, ви звертаєтеся до його серця. »- Нельсон Мандела.
Кожній людині необхідно знайти іноземну мову по душі та вчити її, щоб перед нею відкрились будь – які можливості світу.

Изучение иностранного языка очень важно для человека. Иностранные языки помогают нам развивать логику и мышление. К тому же, люди, которые постоянно задействуют свой мозг по максимуму, поддерживают свой тонус и выглядят очень молодо. Иностранные языки помогают нам осуществлять коммуникацию в обществе и расширять кругозор. По моему мнению, люди, которые хорошо знают иностранные языки, достаточно успешны по жизни.
В конце концов, можно сказать, что изучение иностранных языков даёт нам стимул развиваться и быть более универсальными.
