Every year all around the world on February 14th, Valentine’s Day is celebrated. This is a romantic and tender holiday when lovers give each other flowers, sweets, balloons and other nice gifts.
But the invariable and main attribute of this holiday is a card – the Valentine. Most often, this is a card with a declaration of love sent to a loved one. It should not be forgotten that the best gift for February 14th will be attention and care.
This year, during distance learning the students and their teachers celebrated Valentine’s Day at home. So the teachers of the department of foreign languages Victoriia Lemeshchenko-Lagoda and Iryna Kryvonos prepared congratulations, quizzes, a test and material for creating their own “Valentine” on the TSATU educational Moodle platform for their students (21ГЗ, 21ХТ, 21ГРС, 31ХТ, 31МК, 31ОО/11СОО). Students not only got to know the history of this holiday, but also were able to learn and test themselves by passing a simple test and even earn points.
